Kitchen Clerk
The kitchen clerk will report to the Executive Chef. He/She will coordinate with all kitchen sections in terms of requisitions, compiling menus, costing, taking stock levels, as well as performing other duties as assigned.
The suitable candidate should have a Diploma in Food Production / Hotel Management or Catering management. Atleast 5 years experience in a 4/5 star rated hotel, 3 of should be at a similar capacity.
Proficiency in Hotel Computer Software skills e.g. Opera as we as working knowledge of Microsoft are also required.
