HR Training & Development
Manager

As a training and development manager you'll be organizing and managing the various training programmes within the hotel. Making sure staff gain and develop the skills they need to carry out their jobs effectively. This involves designing and coordinating training to cover both the hotel's current and future needs.

Qualifications required are Masters/Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management/Tourism/ Education and Human Resource Management.  At least 5 years of related work experience.  Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

 

 

Security Manager
Manager

Manage and coordinate security and safety operations of a 5 star hotel.  Educate Hotel staff on security/safety requirements as per the law. A hotel security manager job is multi-faceted, to work in conjunction with the Hotel management team in all aspects of managing the security operation of the Hotel in order to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel operation, analyzing communications systems, access and traffic control, guarding, and patrols; conducting inspections, surveys, audits, and tests; evaluating and upgrading standards, policies, and procedures; directing emergency responses, ensure superior service and product quality is maintained.

Qualifications are previous armed forces experience, At least 7 years experience in Security Operations in any industry, but preferably hotels, airlines & Travel. Certificate of good conduct is a must.

Night Manager
Manager

A hotel night manager job is multi-faceted, to work in conjunction with the Hotel management team in all aspects of managing the night time operation of the Hotel in order to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel operation at night in Front Office, Rooms, Reception and F & B and to ensure superior service and product quality is maintained.

Qualifications required are O level aggregate B- with “B” in English, Degree / Institutional management. From any recognised training institution. At least 5 years preferably in same/ similar position in hospitality industry.

Bar Manager
Manager

We are looking for a professionally energetic, enthusiastic Bar Manager. The applicant should have excellent internal and external customer service skills, the ability to handle all client needs, concerns, and accommodations along with developing positive relations. Responsible for the supervision, training and coordination of staff within the department, ordering of stock for bars, stocktaking, customer contact & care. Ideal person will have wealth of experience within this area. Hours are around the business including evenings and weekends. Responsible for ensuring you and your team are delivering a first class service and level of guest care throughout. In brief, the bar manager oversees all operations at the bar including staffing, employee schedules, event planning, and staff functions and responsibilities. Ensures customers are satisfied.

Qualification required are high school, Degree / diploma in Hotel or Institutional management / Advanced Food & Beverage Techniques, etc. At least 5-7 years experience preferably in management of busy food & beverage establishment such as a hotel, restaurant or club where alcohol is served.

Banqueting & Conference Coordinator / Manager
Manager

Banqueting & Conferencing Manager role will involve the hands on management of supervisors and banqueting staff, managing private dining, conferences, meetings and functions. Ensuring delivery of a first class service and level of guest care throughout.

Qualifications are Degree / Diploma in PR / Event management / F&B service / Front Office Operations Course.  Minimum 3 years of related work experience.  Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. High proficiency in Hotel systems e.g. micros, MS Office suite software, Internet browsers.

Housekeeping / Floor Supervisors
Supervisor

The job incumbent is required to supervise and control the cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms and public areas in the Hotel to the standards of cleanliness and maintenance required by the Hotel. Assists Room Attendants in the cleaning of bedrooms and public areas, checks all rooms for cleanliness and state of repair before such rooms are handed back to Front Office. Familiar with and performs to the minimum GUEST Service Standards laid down within his/ her area of work and responsibility.

Qualifications required are Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry/Hotel Institution Management. Minimum of 5 years working experience 2 of which should be in supervisory position in a 4-5 star hotel. Strong knowledge and work experience of hotel systems i.e. (Opera, Micros, SAP), Excel, word etc. Excellent communication skills including a high level of impact and influence, proactive and self starter
